DNS lookup, curl/wget, traceroute, sockets, firewalls (ufw/iptables), and debugging connectivity.

systemd units, logs with journalctl, resource limits, environment configuration, and service hardening.

Security & storage

Packages, signing, updates, disks/RAID/LVM basics, backups, permissions models, and secure defaults.
